OUR HISTORY

Aviserv's rich and enduring legacy spans three generations, a heritage that continues to be a driving force behind our contemporary success.

The journey began with B.S. Abdur Rahman, who founded Modern Building Maintenance (MBM) in the UAE with a small team of 13 cleaners, aiming to empower underrepresented individuals through job creation. 

Sadaq Jalal then took the mantle, propelling the shared vision to new heights. Under his leadership, the company expanded from its humble beginnings to a formidable workforce of over 600 employees by 1985, and a staggering 12,000 employees by 2013.

Since 2013, under the leadership of Ahamed Wadood, Aviserv UK has been at the forefront of providing integrated services to a diverse spectrum of businesses throughout the United Kingdom.

Our mission transcends recruitment; it's about building trust and reliability in the UK's job market since our inception in 2002, earning a stellar reputation for end-to-end recruitment solutions.
